National Obesity Awareness Week: Taking Control of Our Health

From January 10-16, we observe National Obesity Awareness Week, a powerful campaign dedicated to illuminating the serious risks associated with obesity and empowering individuals to seize control of their health and well-being. This impactful initiative was launched in 2014 by the National Obesity Forum, a committed UK-based charity focused on raising awareness about obesity while advocating for healthier lifestyles. Since its inception, the campaign has blossomed into an annual event, engaging thousands of participants throughout the UK in a collective effort toward better health.
