Passion Tree Care Services was registered by the Care Quality Commission in September 2017. Our operations started at Brentwood and we moved to our present HQ at Carlton Farm in 2018. The company has since grown and a second branch, Havering, was added in 2021.
Passion Tree Care Services is managed by a wide range of professionals who have years experience in care and other sectors. Our staff gives us a competitive edge. All are taken through a carefully structured recruitment process and made to go through all the mandatory trainings. Our experienced staff put your needs first at all times hence why we are proud to offer and provide high quality level of care and commitment to health and wellness to all our clients. Our goal is to make sure our clients have the right care in place and the proper support they require in order for them to lead an independent life. The services we provide include the following:

All these types of support can be provided as daily visits (Domiciliary Care) or as live-in-service.

At Passion Tree Care Services we make it possible for you to have a peace of mind when it comes to your loved ones by providing you with experienced, highly trained and empathetic live-in carers who can look after your loved ones in their own homes.
We provide access to our care Management system to the authorised member of the family to enable them to track the care being provided in real time.
Our support staff can put together an activity plan with the support of the client and their family. This will help in giving members of the family a well-deserved break from caring for their vulnerable loved ones and a chance to channel their focus on other commitments of their own lives. There is nothing wrong with having a break and re-charge in order to carry out your role with a fresh mind.

To ensure peace of mind and for you to sleep easy we can provide you with care staff to support your vulnerable family member who need support at night.
We are Here To Listen To You & You Can
If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or just want to make a suggestion you can do so by calling into our offices or sending an email. You can also use the contact form on this site. We are a learning and listening organisation.
- Call into our offices to make a complain or raise a concern. Such are investigated and acknowledged within 3 working days. This time line does not apply to concerns that are of high severity or where the Adult is at immediate risk of harm.
- We try as much as possible to arrange face to face meetings to discuss such concerns with the Adult or family. Such meetings are often times attended by a Team Leader or one of the Managers from the office.
- Adults receiving our service / Family can escalate to the Local Authority Safeguarding Team / CQC if they are unsatisfied. The contact details can be found in our Service Users booklet.
